What I focus on
I work with leaders, teams, and organizations navigating complexity, uncertainty, and change.
My focus is on leadership, collaboration, and communication — especially in situations where there are no simple answers and progress depends on clarity, trust, and shared commitment.
Professional background
I bring over two decades of experience in executive training, leadership development, and higher education. I have worked with international organizations and universities across Europe and the United States, combining academic rigor with practical, experience-based learning.
My work is shaped by years spent in consulting, executive education, and university teaching — always at the intersection of theory and real organizational life. What matters most to me is helping leaders and teams translate insight into action and build sustainable capability in complex environments.
What drives my work
Again and again, I see capable people constrained by outdated structures, unclear expectations, or cultures that discourage responsibility and initiative. What motivates my work is helping organizations reconnect clarity with commitment — so people can think, decide, and act with confidence in complex environments.
Beyond the seminar room
Outside my professional work, I have a long-standing interest in history and food culture, and I enjoy exploring how traditions, stories, and shared meals shape human collaboration.

How I work
I work closely with leaders and teams in situations where change is real, pressure is present, and outcomes matter. My role is to create clarity, structure, and momentum — without oversimplifying the complexity people are actually facing.
My work combines facilitation, coaching, and targeted input, always adapted to the specific context. Whether working in person or online, I focus on creating spaces where people can think clearly, speak honestly, and take responsibility for meaningful action.
Much of this work happens in live settings, online or in person, often across cultures and time zones.
