In the more than twenty years I have worked in higher education and management consulting, I have been engaged in many business fields but my true interest lies in organizational development issues. I have seen and experienced first hand the impact - both good and bad - that leadership and organizational culture have on employee morale, commitment, personal health and, ultimately, the organization's bottom line.
Having lived, studied and worked in Europe, the United States and Asia, I bring a multi-cultural perspective to anything I do. Being half-Austrian and half-American, I am bilingual and can offer all seminars and coaching sessions in either language.
